Goat Milk Basics

NATURALLY  NUTRITIOUS ~ UDDERLY DELICIOUS!

Fluid milk from the dairy goat is an excellent source of vitamins and minerals; and, the same can be said for the milk from a cow.  But that is where the similarities end.

Goat Milk is naturally homogenized, and contains bio-active factors, such as the insulin-like growth factor (IGF1), which can be beneficial to overall health.

Milk from a dairy goat is easier to digest, due to it's smaller fat globules.  Goat milk also lacks "agglutinin", a factor present in cow's milk which causes fat globules to clump.
